Working to help the Mexican Gray Wolfes (E-mail)

Dear Enrike,
How are things? Sorry I haven't written sooner but I've been busy. I have enrolled in a program for the Mexican gray wolf conservation organized by Naturalia, so I've gone to Western Sierra Madre. It's a charitable organization and I really love it!
We have a lot of work because they are calculated only 350 animals of this species. We carried out protocols necessary for the release and management of wolves released; potential preys are free on different areas too. We help wolves regain their instincts and hunting skills to survive in wildlife. It seeks acceptance by local people. We perform activities of environmental education and diffusion at regional level.
The best part about this program is that we help the environment and the conservation of the gray wolf . It's hard work but we have fun with all this and I've met a lot of amazing people!
I hope you're having a wonderful summer :D! Write back soon.

All the best,
Yadira

An e-mail about my favorite dish

Hi Marcy,
How are you? Great to hear from you! So, you want to know about my favorite dish from my country? Well, it´s a mexican appetizer from my city called Guajolote and it's very popular here in Tulancingo.

Guajolote is a scone stuffed with beans, enchiladas, shredded chicken, grated cheese, sauce and  a special ingredient. It's very easy to make. First, we slice the scone into two and daub the savories of the scone with boiled beans, we fry the savories of the scone with few oil
. Then, we daub two tortillas with sauce and add shredded chicken and grated cheese. These enchiladas are placed between the savories of the scone. Finally, add the special ingredient that can be sausage, chicken, egg, ham, molted cheese or whatever you want! This is a delicious dish! I love to eat Guajolotes! Hope you can try it one day!

How about you? Do you have a favorite dish from your country or city?

Informal e-mail of advice

Hi Matt,
I'm sorry to hear that your roommates are soy noisy. I think I can help you! :)
Why don't you talk to them about this? This way, you can explain how you feel and make them realize that you can't sleep, study, read or have a rest. Maybe they don't know that you're upset. I think you should explain your annoyance and so they will understand. Then they might even be your friends after.
I really hope my advice helps! Write back and tell me what happens.
